Fishing Patagonia es una empresa establecida en la hermosa ciudad de Puerto Natales, Chile, ubicada en el corazón de los incomparables paisajes de la Patagonia y conformada por personas y guías de pesca nacidos en la región, distinguiéndonos por la excelente atención al cliente, experiencia y conocimiento de los mejores lugares de pesca en la zona. Nuestro objetivo como empresa es brindar la mejor calidad en nuestros programas, destinados a satisfacer los requerimientos de todos quienes amamos éste bello pasatiempo que es la pesca de truchas y salmones. Ésta calidad en los programas se basa en brindar al visitante todo el equipamiento y comodidad necesario en las excursiones a realizar, el mejor recurso humano a su disposición y la protección de las especies y el medio ambiente.

HISTORY

The trouts are a kind of fish introduced in Chile at the end of XIX century in the North of the country and in the past decades these species were brought to the Patagonia by colonos and the "Sociedad Explotadora de Tierra del Fuego" from Europe, this was an important company in our zone, that belonged to English families and which was the center of our economic activity.

These trouts adapt and spread in our rivers and lakes very well, this reason makes this a place of dream for the sport fishermen, specially in the Rio Serrano in the Torres del Paine National Park, being recognized in those years by the experts like one of the 5 best ones in the world. As a example in 1961 a trout of more than 12 kilos was captured in Figueroa Lagoon, it was declared officially a record in Chile.

In the 80's the increasing of the salmon aquiculture in the zone began, with species like shinook that nowadays make available the capture the biggest fish of South America in places like the Rio Serrano and the sector of Puerto Prat, they usually exceed 20 kg . this is why we have the opportunity of choosing between several places to fish the coveted trouts arcoiris, brown or fario and salmon, maintaining needed cares to conserve this treasure.
